1. When using to edit and print labels, you can install and use the app <Xprinter> provided by our company for free from the App Store or Play Store. (
2. When using 58mm width receipt printing, please install the drive driver provided by our company on your PC or Android device. Not compatible with iOS devices.

Print (label & receipt) mode switching method:
(1) With the power turned off, load the paper and check that the paper roll cover is closed.
(2) Press and hold the PAUSE button, press the POWER button until the buzzer sounds twice, and then release the PAUSE button. A mode switch notification will then be printed and the ERROR indicator will flash to indicate that the printer is switching modes.
(3) Press the FEED button to switch to the next mode (receipt or label).
(4) Restart the printer to enable the selected print mode (receptor label).
